Welcome to Fantasy11. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fantasy11 website, mobile experiences, leagues, the predictor and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, joining a league, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Fantasy11.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and participate in any Fantasy11 league, predictor or prize promotion.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@fantasy11.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
• Only one account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be removed without notice.

Fantasy11 lets you build squads within a fixed budget, join global and private leagues, and earn points based on real-world match performance. The predictor lets you forecast match outcomes for additional points.

Fair play rules

• Squad selections, transfers and predictions must be made through your own account without third-party automation.
• Collusion, multi-accounting, or any attempt to manipulate standings is strictly prohibited.
• Final match data, scoring rules and league rankings are determined by Fantasy11 based on official data feeds and our published scoring system.

We reserve the right to recalculate points, void entries, or remove players from leagues if we detect errors, abuse, or breaches of these Terms.

Prizes, when offered, are described on the relevant Prizes or league page and are subject to any additional rules published at the time. To be eligible for a prize you must:

• Be in good standing with these Terms.
• Meet any specific eligibility requirements stated for that league or promotion (e.g. region, minimum activity).
• Provide accurate details required for prize fulfilment within the timeframe we communicate.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless stated. Fantasy11 may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances require.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Fantasy11 system, account, or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform’s code or infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards, with or without notice.

The Platform, including the Fantasy11 name, logo, designs, code, editorial content and gameplay mechanics, is owned by Fantasy11 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Anything you submit (e.g. team names, comments, support messages) must not infringe on third-party rights, and you grant Fantasy11 a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

Fantasy11 references real-world football competitions, players and clubs strictly for fantasy purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any football association, league, or club unless explicitly stated.

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices — review their terms before using them.

Fantasy11 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific match data, fixtures, or scoring outcomes will be free from inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy11 and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may close your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting support. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or where required by law.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our services, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, we may notify you in-app or by email.

Continued use of Fantasy11 after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
