This Privacy Policy explains how Fantasy11 (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you use the Fantasy11 website, mobile experiences, leagues, predictor and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using Fantasy11 you agree to the practices described here. Please also read our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform.

Information you provide

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password when you sign up.
• Profile data: team name, favourite club, and any avatar or preferences you choose to add.
• Gameplay activity: squad selections, transfers, predictions, league memberships and chat messages.
• Support communications: details you share when you contact us, such as the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Platform is used.

From third parties

• If you sign up using Google or another social provider, we receive basic profile information from that provider.
• We use sports data partners to power scoring and fixtures — that data is about real-world matches, not about you personally.

We use your data to:

• Run the core Platform — create your account, build your squad, score points and manage leagues.
• Personalize your experience, such as recommending content or highlighting fixtures relevant to your team.
• Communicate with you about gameplay, support requests, security alerts, prize fulfilment and important service updates.
• Send marketing emails about new features, leagues or prizes — only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
• Analyze and improve the Platform, including troubleshooting bugs and measuring performance.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and breaches of our Terms & Conditions.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Where data protection laws apply, we process personal data on the following bases:

• Contract — to provide the Platform and the services you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to keep Fantasy11 secure, prevent abuse, and improve our service.
• Consent — for optional marketing communications and certain cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in these limited cases:

• Other players — your public profile (team name, avatar) and league standings are visible to other participants in leagues you join.
• Legal & safety — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Fantasy11, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — if Fantasy11 is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may transfer as part of that transaction.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how Fantasy11 is used. Some are essential for the Platform to function; others are optional.

We also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to measure aggregate usage. You can manage cookies in your browser settings — disabling certain cookies may affect your experience on Fantasy11.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to:

No system is 100% secure, so we also encourage you to use a unique password, enable any available account-security features, and let us know straight away at support@fantasy11.com if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or update the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for marketing or optional cookies.
• Receive a portable copy of the data you provided.

Fantasy11 is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Fantasy11 operates globally, and the data we collect may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. When we transfer data internationally, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as standard contractual clauses — to make sure your information stays protected.
